Instructions for Operating the paper Feeding Section of flexo press machine
(1) Adjusting the Paper Feed Roller Gap
Two sets of upper and lower paper feed rollers make up this apparatus. The lower roller utilizes an embossed chrome-plated steel roller, which has high friction and a long service life; the top roller employs a steel shaft covered in rubber, which is fairly soft and wear-resistant, enabling smooth and accurate paper feeding. A fast self-locking mechanism allows for manual adjustment of the spacing between the upper and lower rollers. The thickness of the cardboard is about 0.3 mm greater than the space between the two rollers. A tight adjustment could crush the cardboard, so be careful.

● Use the panel's buttons to adjust based on the thickness of the cardboard;
● Use the touchscreen to change the value;
● Adjust until the cardboard is gently clamped between the two rollers; if capping lines are present, the distance between the two rollers must be decreased in accordance with the depth of the capping lines to prevent slippage.
● The physical crushing of the cardboard can be minimized by modifying the cam box's stroke. (2) Zeroing the System Press the zeroing button on the operation panel (II) after hanging a fresh printing plate and shutting down the machine. The paper feeding mechanism will go back to zero on its own. The printing, slotting, and die-cutting sections must all be brought back to zero at the same time. This is the foundation for all machine modifications.
Paper Feeding Mode Selection for Flexo press machine
Generally, select continuous paper feeding mode; when the cardboard length is greater than 1180mm, select intermittent paper feeding mode.
For single-sheet testing, select "single-sheet feeding" mode.
Adjusting the Rear Paper Holder Position: Adjust the distance between the rear paper holder and the front baffle electrically or automatically according to the length of the cardboard. Adjust forward or backward according to the cardboard specifications and degree of curvature. The distance between the front baffle and the rear holder should be approximately equal to the cardboard width (1-2 mm). Then, manually adjust the rear paper holder height using the handwheel to the appropriate level. Note: Do not allow the entire weight of the cardboard to rest on the feed rollers, as this can cause misalignment, skewing, or other malfunctions due to excessive load.
