As industrial equipment, carton printing machinery requires storage conditions that primarily focus on the environmental requirements applicable during periods of inactivity or storage, in order to prevent issues such as corrosion, deformation, and the aging of electronic components.


Temperature: It is recommended to maintain a temperature range of 5°C to 35°C to prevent extreme heat or cold from causing thermal expansion and contraction of metal components or the deterioration of lubricants.


Relative Humidity: Should be maintained between 45% and 75% RH to prevent rust on the equipment's metal surfaces; this is particularly critical for key components such as precision guide rails, printing rollers, and electrical systems.


Ventilation and Dryness: The storage area must be well-ventilated, dry, and clean to prevent the accumulation of dust, oil mist, and corrosive gases.


Moisture and Rain Protection: Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited. When storing indoors, the floor must feature a moisture-proof barrier (e.g., elevating the equipment on pallets at least 15 cm high) to prevent moisture seepage from the ground.


Power Disconnection and Storage Preparation: Before extended periods of inactivity, completely disconnect the power supply. Thoroughly clean both the exterior and interior of the equipment, apply anti-rust treatment to precision components (such as print heads and servo motors), and cover the unit with a dust cover.


Lubrication and Maintenance: Apply anti-rust lubricating oil to moving parts in accordance with the instructions in the user manual to prevent seizing caused by prolonged inactivity.


Avoid Direct Sunlight: Ultraviolet (UV) radiation can accelerate the aging of rubber and plastic components; therefore, the equipment must not be exposed directly to sunlight.
