Furthermore, the equipment must be treated to prevent moisture and dust ingress; particularly during long-distance or cross-regional transport, the outer packaging must provide an adequate level of sealing.
During the loading, unloading, and transportation processes, appropriate hoisting and handling methods must be selected. Operations should be conducted in strict accordance with the equipment's center of gravity to prevent tilting or uneven stress distribution. Transport vehicles must possess sufficient load-bearing capacity and ensure a smooth ride, minimizing severe jolting as much as possible. For large-scale machinery, it may be necessary to transport the equipment in separate modules, with final assembly taking place upon arrival at the destination site. Additionally, proper labeling and documentation must be maintained throughout the transport process to ensure the equipment's condition is clearly verified during handover, thereby facilitating subsequent installation and commissioning.
