5. The gear is made of 20CrMnTi with a helical tooth structure that has been quenched, tempered, hardened, and machined to a Rockwell hardness of 58–62 degrees.

1. Overview of the structure ⑴ Servo pressure-free front edge paper feeding mechanism. Reduce friction between the cardboard and the platform to enhance cardboard strength protection and reduce the requirement for the paper feeding roller to apply a lot of pressure to the cardboard.
⑵It can successfully address the issues of cardboard thinning, fluting, and strength degradation brought on by regular front edge paper feeding. During the paper feeding operation, the front edge paper feeding mechanism can reduce obstruction. Paper feeding is aided by the variable frequency suction fan, and the air volume is modifiable. Make sure the curved cardboard slides in nicely. To maximize the cardboard's vacuum adsorption force and improve its accuracy, the air volume in each part can be changed based on the cardboard's size.
⑶ The side baffle's left and right movements are automatically adjusted by electrical means.
⑷ Polyurethane, a substance with high friction and long durability, is used to make the paper feeding wheel.
⑸ Suitable for corrugated cardboard with three, five, and seven layers, including E corrugated cardboard.
⑹ Interval paper feeding device: Depending on the situation, either continuous or interval paper feeding can be chosen.
⑺ Paper supply counter with a cardboard slapping device that sets and displays the production quantity.

2. A technique for removing dust
To enhance printing quality, paper scraps are removed from the cardboard's surface using a dust removal tool, brush, and fan.

 

3. Automatic zeroing device and machine clutch
⑴ A friction clutch on the transmission shaft prevents machine damage from malfunctions.
⑵ A motor start protection device on the main machine prevents it from starting when it is not locked.
⑶ Encoders are used to automatically zero the paper feeding, printing, and die-cutting units.
⑷ Automatic zeroing devices are used in general cartons, two trial prints can be positioned correctly to save cardboard waste, and there is a one-button registration feature.
