Lead Edge Feeder
1. flexo box machine has zero return device
2. The computer uses a zero return function with memory to ensure the same adjustment standard and automatically adjusts the correct position to minimize board waste.
3. In order to prevent the paperboards from twisting due to weight, flexo box machine of this shaft will be fastened in the positioning holes on both sides of long and wide paperboards.
4. The operator will remove the shaft when not in use.
Printing part
1.Printing part of flexo box machine has Grinding, hard chroming, balance treatment for steady operation, and seamless steel pipe for accurate processing.
2. Rubber-coated steel pipe is long-lasting.

1. OD: 750 mm (without die cutting mold thickness); 900 mm (with die cutting mold).
2. The die cutting cylinder is composed of premium steel that has been finely ground and hard-chromed.
3. To improve stable running, balance the treatment.
4. Die cutting mold fixation screws M10 with a hole distance of 100 mm in the transverse direction and 18 identical units in the circumferential direction.
5. Die cutting wooden molds with thicknesses of 16–18 mm for three plies and 13–15 mm for five plies.
