Equipment Maintenance Details for cost of automatic corrugated box plant
1) Regularly check water and air lines for blockages to prevent leaks.
2) Regularly clean dust from the electrical distribution box; place a desiccant pack inside during the rainy season.
3) Regularly check the stop screws of the encoder coupling.
4) Regularly check all timing belts.
5) Regularly lubricate all shaft bearings.
6) Regularly check the tightness of all fasteners.
7) Wipe away dust, paper scraps, and residual ink from the equipment daily to maintain cleanliness.
8) Keep readily available consumable parts in stock; replace any damaged parts promptly.
Paper feed unit cleaning and maintenance items
Paper scraps, dust, oil stains, and ink adhering to the machine: Wipe and clean thoroughly, and sweep the area around the machine clean track wipe
Remove items within the moving area; diesel cleaning for cost of automatic corrugated box plant
Check the lubricating oil level in each gearbox.
Replenish when the level falls below the lower limit (new equipment must be replaced within three months, and then annually thereafter).
Rear baffle moving screw and rack,Wipe and apply lubricating oil (90% diesel + 10% engine oil).

Do not apply oil to the surface of the paper feed roller or the rubber roller area to avoid damaging the material.
If paper strips/scraps get stuck between the leading feed roller and the worktable, they should be cleaned promptly; otherwise, the roller may develop grooves and wear.
