Operating Procedure

1.Operating Used flexo machine of Dongfang Apstar1228 machine Plate Mounting:

Zeroing the position of each printing plate → Adjusting the appropriate gap between each roller → Adjusting ink and water →

Adjusting the ink pump volume → Adjusting the pressure between the rubber roller and the anilox roller → The anilox roller transfers ink to the printing plate on the printing roller → Adjusting the axial phase of the printing plate → Adjusting the 360° phase of the printing plate → Printing onto the corrugated cardboard → The conveyor roller guides the corrugated cardboard to the next process.

2.Operating used flexo machine of Dongfang Apstar1228 machine Plate Mounting:

• Before mounting the plate, the printing plate cylinder must be in the raised position for easy operation. Each cylinder is equipped with a safety pull-cord switch.
• Pulling the safety pull-cord switch cuts off the power to the unit's on/off motor.
• When operating used flexo machine of Dongfang Apstar1228 machine, there are two adjustment switches are the inching switch and the plate mounting switch. These control the forward and reverse rotation of the printing rollers, making operation very convenient. For inching, the plate mounting mechanism needs to be unlocked before mounting the plate.
• Press the printing plate's pressure bar into the plate mounting slot (ensure the orientation is correct). Then, step on the foot switch to rotate the printing roller one revolution. Next, press the other pressure bar into the roll slot.
• When operating used flexo machine of Dongfang Apstar1228 machine use a wrench to rotate the hexagonal head to clamp the printing plate. After mounting, the wrench must be returned to its original position; otherwise, the roller will not descend and an alarm signal will sound.
• When operating used flexo machine of Dongfang Apstar1228 machine's plate, the center lines of all parts must be aligned, as the axial adjustment range of the printing roller is only 15mm. If this limit is exceeded, the plate must be remounted.
