The KBA Rapida 162 (5+1) is the ultra-large format (VLF) press in this series, with a maximum paper size of 1120 x 1620 mm (the 162a model can reach 1200 x 1620 mm). It is specifically designed for the production of large-format posters, folio brochures (32-48 pages per print), high-end packaging, and point-of-sale (POS) materials, filling the gap between medium-format (such as the 105) and large-format presses.

 

Second hand offset printing machine of KBA are the technical parameters based on the mainstream configuration (including the varnishing unit):

  • Maximum/Minimum Paper Size: 1120x1620 mm / 600x920 mm (or smaller)
  • Printing Speed: 13,000 sheets/hour for single-sided printing; 9,000 sheets/hour for double-sided printing (12,000 sheets/hour for 162a single-sided printing)

Requirements for the Machine Environment for Second hand offset printing machine
(1) To avoid obstructing regular machine operation, maintenance, etc., clear the aisles, machine interior, and machine platform of debris.
(2) The ground shouldn't have any oil or water stains;
(3) There should be enough lighting in the workspace;
(4) Prevent foreign objects from falling into the machine's moving parts to prevent collisions and damage to those parts while the equipment is in motion;
(5) The machine should have the necessary firefighting supplies close by;
(6) A water supply and drainage facilities for ink rinsing, etc., should be located near to the machine.
