Operation Instructions of cardboard box making machine
1. Adjustment of the Axial Position of the Paper Guide Rollers:
A. Before adjustment, the machine units must be separated by a width of approximately 600mm for easy operation. Each unit has a safety self-locking button at the bottom; carefully check its location before pressing. Pressing the safety self-locking button will cut off the power to the machine's motor.
B.The upper paper guide roller has two paper guide wheels. Rotate the paper guide wheels clockwise to disengage the paper guide rollers. Move them axially to the desired position, then release.
C. When setting the axial position of the paper guide wheels, avoid pressing them directly onto the printing position to prevent ink from drying and contaminating the paperboard during rapid printing.
D. Before moving, measure the position of the paperboard with a measuring tape. To ensure printing accuracy, it is necessary to offset each wheel by 5mm. If offsetting is not possible, it is recommended that the gap between each color decrease sequentially from the previous color to the next.
Note:
A. Adjust the pressure according to the cardboard thickness using the buttons on the panel;
B. Adjust the left and right wheels as described above for the printing section, ensuring they can hold the cardboard securely, generally requiring a width of 8-10 mm;
C. Adjust the pressure gap to ensure the paper guide does not slip and the feeding is stable;
