Comprehensive Guidelines for used flexo printing press of Dongfang slotter die cutter machine

Guidelines:
1. The oil models and brands listed above are advised. The recommended gear oil for the cam box and gearbox is 220#. ISO 46 or 68# machine oil can be used in the gearbox. 220# gear oil should be used in the drive gearbox of a stationary printing press.
2. After that, replace the oil every 300 days. If the oil level falls below half, replenish it.
Every time, the cam box should receive about 20 liters of oil, and the gearbox should receive about 30 liters each unit. After the first 500 hours of use, and then every 300 days after that, replace the oil in each reducer.
