Front baffle clearance adjustment
Zeroing adjustment (Electric adjustment)
Before zeroing and adjusting, combine the paper feeding and printing units.
1. If the transmission gears cannot mesh when merging the units, use a wrench to slightly rotate the manual transmission shaft to re-engage them.
Auxiliary air intake (Manual adjustment)
1. The cardboard should be flush against the ribbed paper feed table, allowing it to be smoothly pushed into the feed rollers.
2. If the cardboard is smaller than the suction range of the paper feed table, any excess suction vents must be covered or closed to prevent air leakage.
1. Adjust the suction power by rotating the switch according to the size and warping of the cardboard.
2. If longer cardboard pieces cannot fall smoothly (insufficient suction at the rear of the cardboard), remove the first suction baffle on the paper feed table to increase the suction area. (When handling small pieces of cardboard, be sure to reinstall the baffle to prevent air leakage.)
3. If the suction power is insufficient, check for air leaks or pipe blockages.
Paper feeding method selection
1. Single sheet feed
2. Continuous feed
3. Skip sheet feed (intermittent feed)
4. Stop feed
1. One sheet of cardboard is fed per activation, suitable for trial printing.
2. For cardboard sizes generally 1150mm or less, continuous printing is recommended.
