The rubber cushion roller is made of steel with a strong chromium plating and a ground surface.

The rubber cushion roller's automatic pneumatic control up-down mechanism is synchronized with the cardboard feeding system.(When the cardboard is fed, the rubber cushion roller descends and cuts the cardboard; when the cardboard feeding is stopped, the roller rises and separates from the die.)
No matter how the rubber cushion's diameter changes, the die has complete control over the rubber cushion's surface speed thanks to the special speed adjustment gear. This could result in the carton sheet's shape being exactly the same as the die design without the need for human intervention.
