Preliminary Preparations
Before operating the printing machinery, inspect both the equipment and the surrounding environment to ensure the absence of foreign objects or hazardous materials.
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as gloves, earplugs, safety goggles, etc.
Verify that the printing machinery's power supply is switched off and that the power cord has been disconnected. The power supply *must* be completely cut off when performing cleaning, maintenance, content changes, or lubrication tasks.
Operating Procedures
Only authorized personnel are permitted to operate the printing machinery; operation by unauthorized or untrained individuals is strictly prohibited.
Prior to startup, inspect all machine components to ensure they are in proper working order; specifically, verify that the power transmission components are securely fastened and locked out to prevent accidental activation. Before starting the machine, appropriate warning signs must be posted, and it must be confirmed that no personnel remain within the printing zone.
During operation, closely monitor the machine's performance. If any anomalies are detected, stop the machine immediately to investigate; do not attempt to force the operation or make unauthorized modifications to the processing parameters.
Strictly prohibit manual interventions-such as probing, reaching into, cutting, or grinding-while the printing machinery is in operation.
Do not place tools, objects, or personnel upon the printing machinery itself, in order to prevent accidents.
Unauthorized dismantling of packaging, machine components, or accessories is prohibited. If a defective component is identified, contact the relevant supervisor to arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement of the machine, and report the issue to the appropriate leadership.
Do not accumulate waste materials, debris, or other work-related items in the immediate vicinity of the machine.
Strictly prohibit construction work, drilling, or similar activities in the area surrounding the printing machinery, to avoid negatively impacting the surrounding environment or causing damage to the machine.
