About maintenance fully automatic box making machine
1. It is strictly forbidden for unauthorized persons to operate or modify this machine.

1.1 Maintenance Needs for Equipment of Fully Automatic Box Making Machine
General prerequisites
To protect worker safety, cut off the machine's power completely or turn on the safety switch before cleaning or maintenance.
Take care not to catch your own hair or the fingers of your coworkers when twisting or turning the machine.
Daily and weekly maintenance are separated from cleaning.
At the conclusion of every workday, cleaning and maintenance should be carried out.
Weekly maintenance and cleaning should be completed in a timely manner each week.

Guidelines
1. The oil models and brands listed above are advised. The recommended gear oil for the cam box and gearbox is 220#. ISO 46 or 68# machine oil can be used in the gearbox. 220# gear oil should be used in the drive gearbox of a stationary printing press.
2. After three months or 2500 hours of use on new equipment, replace the gear oil in the paper feed cam box and drive gearbox. After that, replace the oil every 300 days. If the oil level falls below half, replenish it.
Every time, the cam box should receive about 20 liters of oil, and the gearbox should receive about 30 liters each unit. After the first 500 hours of use, and then every 300 days after that, replace the oil in each reducer.
3. Grease bearings with a lithium basis. Grease should ideally be added every two weeks.
4. Every year, change the oil in the reducer and motor. Check for oil leaks on a regular basis and replenish as necessary. 5. WD40 is advised for maintenance on optical shafts and lead screws. Use an air gun to remove debris daily.
