Inspect the bearing unit and its seals every three months and grease them.
Inspect the chain weekly and grease it every six months.
Adjust chain tension using the gear tensioner: loosen the tensioner nut , adjust the bolt to the optimal tension, and tighten the nut.
A 2mm distance between your finger and the chain indicates good chain tension.
Clean the linear guide and guide slide daily of any foreign matter (dust, etc.).
Ensure no foreign matter adheres to the lead screw and adjusting nut.
Inspect the connection between the nut and lead screw monthly.
Grease the grease fittings every three months.
Frequently check the oil level in the bevel gearbox and lubricate it.

Our company does not recommend moving the guide rollers of printer jumbo,as this is a standard setting. If you do move them, the operator must remember their location. Touching the guide rollers and the running belt is strictly prohibited during machine operation. Clean the linear guide and guide slide daily. Inspect the bearing unit and its seals every three months and add grease. Add a small amount of grease to the guide slide monthly.
Before starting each shift, apply grease to the main beam moving fork ring to lubricate the fork plates.
After each shift, clean the optical shaft, linear guide surface, and lead screw to remove chips and dust. Perform WD-40 maintenance weekly.
Lubricate the linear guide seat monthly using a grease gun. Inspect the bearing unit monthly; replace it promptly if worn. Inspect the bearing unit and its sealing device every three months and add grease.
