Daily Maintenance of the Grooving unit
Maintenance Points for Each Part
Check the gearbox lubricant level; replenish if below the lower limit (must be replaced after three months for new machines, annually for others).
Wipe and clean the surfaces of the pressure roller shaft, grooving cutter shaft, connecting plate shaft, and moving lead screw, as well as the lead screw lubricant, or blow them clean with an air hose.
Wipe with a solution of 90% diesel fuel + 10% machine oil or spray with WD-40.
Wipe away any paper scraps or dust adhering to the machine.
Weekly Maintenance
Maintenance Points for Each Part
Lubricate the bearings of the pressure roller shaft, grooving shaft, and connecting plate shaft.
Apply a solution of 90% diesel fuel + 10% machine oil to the grooving cutter, pressure roller moving lead screw, and chain, and check the chain tension, or spray with WD-40.
Wipe the preload roller, creasing roller, grooving cutter holder, and connecting plate holder, and apply diesel fuel.
Add lubricating oil to the grooving cutter position adjustment gear.
Replace the corner cutter buffer pad when worn.
Retighten loose corner cutter and grooving cutter fixing screws; replace when worn.
Wipe the creasing roller holder slide and grooving linear guide rail, and add lubricating oil.
Check cylinder pipe joints for looseness, leaks, or damage; replace if damaged.
Check if the center cutter is in the middle position.
Ensure the chip scraper/chip scraper is properly engaged with the lower cutter disc, with no jumping, and add appropriate lubricating oil.
Check if the grooving blade is worn or if one side is worn; replace or adjust the lead screw smoothness.
