A satisfactory chain tension is indicated by a gap of 2 mm when you press the middle of a moderately lengthy segment of the chain with your finger.
Clean the lead screw, optical shaft, linear guide rails, etc. with an air hose and a rag every day after work; do WD-40 maintenance once a week; and inject a tiny bit of grease into the grease fitting on the linear guide rail slider once a month.
Move the main beam from the minimum to the maximum position once a month to monitor the movement of the lead screw and nut. If it's unusual, fix it.
Adjust the tiny limit switch by shifting the limit switch seat after moving the operational side and drive vehicle main beam to their lowest and maximum places . Check the paper conveyor belt gap every two weeks, and do data calibration and parallelism on both sides.

Operators must disassemble and clean the glue head and glue application tube daily.

Cleaning Steps:

- Stop glue supply.

- Reverse the gear pump to drain all glue.

- Turn off the switch.

- Remove the glue head, clean it, and soak it in a bucket of water.

- Wipe the glue application wheel (1) clean, wash thoroughly, and let it air dry.

- Reassemble in reverse order for later use.
