●A roller-style lead edge feeder for accurate feeding, durability, and ease of use.
For accurate and stable work, the primary transmission gear is made of premium alloyed steel that has been chamfered and ground.
The bearings are from the well-known brands NSK and HAWALUO.
●Key-free rings ensure accurate registration through highly precise transmission.
● Quick and easy manual gap micro-adjustment. Each gearbox stores oil for ongoing spray lubrication. Complete grease lubrication system for bearings.
●Auto sheet counting, speed indication, skip feeding, fault warning, PLC control, etc. The primary electrical components are either Schneider or Siemens.
●Main machine start protection: no run, no lock, for incorrect operation.
●Motorized walk: pneumatic lock, motorized open and closing. To protect the maintenance technicians, a motorized walk is equipped with a continuous alarm. To prevent the printing unit from moving, an auto braking system is used.
● Emergency stop: each unit has an internal emergency stop that prevents the machine from moving while maintenance is being performed.

Lead Edge Feeder
1. Lead edge feeder with vacuum transfer.
2. The side buffle and back buffle are both powered.
3. The aluminum structure of the feeder sliding block ensures a more stable and vibration-free operation.

7. A pneumatic lift with an end chain-lock switch for easy use.
8. To protect operators, the machine's button auto control opens and closes with an alarm device.
