Paper feed unit weekly maintenance
Every machine's fixed lock and connecting lock rod needs to be greased.
It is necessary to oil both the top and lower paper feed rollers.
Check for damage, leaks, or looseness at each cylinder pipe joint.
When walking is smooth, check the torque limiter's tension frequently and adjust the drive chain tension of the walking motor.
Replace the worn-out primary motor drive belt and adjust the tension until the movement is smooth.

Cleaning and Upkeep of Leading Edge Feed Roller Boxes
1. Apply 00# lithium-based grease to all supports and oil inlets (found on the top side of the feed roller box) on a regular basis.
2. When the polyurethane feed roller becomes worn, replace it. Look for any twisted paper pieces on the roller shaft and give them a thorough cleaning.
3. Use diesel fuel or rust remover once a month to clean and maintain all of the partition lifting linkage's moving joints, particularly the graphite sleeves and pins.
4. Use heavy-duty gear oil if the cam box is below the oil level.
