Paper feeding section operation instructions
Side panel position adjustment (electric adjustment)
1. The position of the side baffle on the operating side is from the center line of the cardboard slot to the dimensions of the first label + second label + tongue. (Folding edge side)
2. The position of the side baffle on the motor side is from the center line of the cardboard slot to the dimensions of the third label + fourth label + trimming edge. (Trimming side)
3. The paper-aligning striking plate can be activated or deactivated. (Toggle switch)
1. The side baffle on the operating side is in the extended position of the paper-aligning striking plate.
2. Move the side baffles (operating side and motor side) to their designated positions using individual buttons.
3. The striking action can be activated or deactivated.
4. The reference point for the side baffle movement is at the center of the slot in the fixed blade holder.
Front bumper position adjustment (electric adjustment)
1. Keep the front baffle position within the width of the cardboard. (Simply move it manually.)
2. Adjust the positions of the left and right front baffles individually.
1. Adjustments are generally only necessary when there are significant variations in the width of the cardboard. (Within the range of cardboard width)
