Replace the threaded sleeve promptly if the screw hole threads of the mounting plate slip.

Clean paper scraps promptly from the waste conveyor belt and lubricate the motor sprocket.

Positioning based on the front edge of the paper means that the vertical and horizontal, front-back positions of the two front guides must be properly adjusted. The front-back positions must be parallel, and the spacing must be basically symmetrical. The vertical position, based on the paper feeding table surface, should have a gap of 1.5 times the thickness of the paperboard. If the front edge of the paperboard is warped, a gap less than 1.5 times may cause paper jams; a gap greater than 1.5 times may result in double-sheet feeding.
