Leading edge paper feed wheel box cleaning and maintenance for gear tank of carton box paper making machine
1)Wipe the machine's moving gears, steel plates, and racks. Wipe with a mixture of diesel and machine oil. Clean the track linings and racks of debris with a scraper.
2) Wipe and lubricate the machine's fixed connecting rods.
3) If the machine cannot move reliably and slips, adjust the chain tension or check the torque limiter.
4) Apply lubricating grease to the machine's connecting locks.
5) Apply lubricating grease to the machine's fixed locking rods.

6) Lubricate the paper feed roller shaft and bearings.
7) Lubricate the main motor shaft and bearings for carton box paper making machine.
