Slotting part operation for Flexo die cutting machine
Adjustment of grooving and slotting intervals (electric adjustment)
1. The spacing (lateral position) between each creasing roller and grooving knife is moved individually using a push-button switch.
2. When the knife holder moves, the upper and lower grooving knives must be in the engaged position (indicator light is on).
3. When each knife holder reaches its limit position, the limit switch will activate, preventing further movement in the same direction.
4. The middle creasing roller and grooving knife are fixed in position and cannot be moved. The other creasing rollers and grooving knives are moved to the desired positions on both sides, using the middle fixed seat position as the zero point.
5. When trimming is not required, the trimming knife should be placed outside the width range of the cardboard.
6. Each creasing wheel moves simultaneously with the lateral position of the grooving cutter in the same group.
7. By flipping the fixed surface of the creasing wheel, the relative position of the creasing and grooving on the same side can be changed (the creasing is placed in the middle or at the edge of the grooving).
Indentation Depth Adjustment (Manual Adjustment)
1. Adjust the gap according to the cardboard thickness. (Pressure bend line)
2. The gap of each pressure roller changes simultaneously during gap adjustment.
3. Variations in cardboard thickness and strength require different clearances.
4. For cardboard that does not require creasing, adjust the creasing rollers to ensure smooth clearance between cardboard sections.
